Self-assistance:- If you have forgotten your mPIN, you can reset the same by your own. Just dial *400*2*4# or login to new Airtel payments bank app, select settings and then regenerate mPIN.
Note - Do not to share your mPIN, OTP and Card number with anyone. Airtel Payments Bank or its employees never contact anyone seeking their sensitive data. Do NOT set easy mPINs like 1111, 1234 etc.
