Amazon's refund payment fraud

Truly HORRIBLE service. It is frustrating calling about the same matter with no success.

Amazon is just grabbing the money from innocent customers and never ready to refund, they process refund but that will never reach to their customers.
I have three issues of refund that didn't reach to me.

1. They issued a cheque against refund through cheque no. 085272 Dt. 28-06-2017 Deutsche bank Bangalore. After lots of follow ups and my humiliation I received cheque and deposited in my Bank of Baroda account number 35140100000378 Dt. 28-07-2017, 599/-rupees Rajaji puram Lucknow.

2. They refunded through bank transfer in my SBI account number 31374056730, refund reference number 72082314775 dt 27-07-2017.

3. They refunded through bank transfer in my SBI account number 31374056730, refund reference number ############ dt 31-07-2017. 

When I asked Amazon they said they refunded money I should ask my SBI bank when I called SBI customer service they said they can't help it out. Please resolve my issues. I earned this money with hardcore labour it is not for giving to Amazon and forget about it whereas other online shopping sites like Snapdeal refunded money in just one working days in to my SBI account. Snapdeal's pickup has done on 14-08-2017 and refund comes on 16-08-2017. Same good experience with flipkart and jobong too.
But Amazon is not ready to give my money back they point out SBI for that but in SBI's same account I got my money from Snapdeal on yesturday only. They are having false allegations against SBI because all other sites are transferring money in SBI and I received that successfully.

Refund not yet done from past 2 months

I have purchased a Redmi note 3 on 12th of September cost of rupees 11999, and have returned the product as i have received a damaged product but there is no response for the refund from almost 2 months, i have been calling amazon numerous number of times, i have sent the Return authorization letter almost 5 times. first e-commerce company i have seen where there is no intimation to the customer nor any call backs from the seniors nor any initiative to the customer and the customer support is one of the worst service have been provided to me pathetic. I would like to mention few names which have been trust worthy from Sachin, prince and especially lalith who have been so freaking rude with the customer and something surprises me is that they do not have authorized to tell their full names as well as their designations as well as their managers name wow weird! And no customer support has the resolution everyone provides only one resolution to wait for 24-48 hours of time. Is it 24-48 hours of time or is it 24-48 months common grow up being one of the most popular e-commerce site and providing these kind of pathetic service. one of the hopeless n worst online shopping.
