I have ordered riva saree on 18 august 2017. And paid through debit card amounting ₹ 1494. I have got the confirmation of ordered receive. Then on 23rd august 2017 i got the message of delivery on my address. But i not received the parcel. It is to be delivered by fedex courier. My order no. 104471803

Please help me getting my order or getting the refund of my prepaid order....
have ordered a product from craftsvilla.com on 25.02.2016 but till date I have not received my order, payment method was prepaid. I have call their customer care more than 10 times, but in vain. They are not giving me tracking details, nor they have sent me any email or message regarding shipment consignment details. My order No. was 104158934...
Hello, I have placed the orders of 2 sarees and the amount got deducted from my account upon which I received a confirmation email with the order ID I100000334.
This order was placed on February 9th and ever since then I did not receive any tracking details or whatsoever!!!
I have sent an email and they replied that they will send the information in 48 hours but that never happened and 10 days has passed since!!!
This is second bad experience with craftsvilla!
Can I please get an update on what is exactly happening with this order and when I will receive it?
I hv placed order on 16 dec 2016 and it hasn't reached me till date 2 jan 2017. The site previously showed product delivered now it is showing return initiated but i haven't returned it neither have i recieved it. I have called almost 5-6 times n the customer care executives everytime says only one thing "wait for 1-2 days we will solve ur prob" but i dont get any notification and now their cell no is not even reacheable now. This seems a complete fraud. I am highly dissatisfied....
The site shows that my product id 104056775 has been delivered..But In reality I have nt received neither i have been Informed about it..I have paid Onl9..Now I want my cash back as soon as possible..U guys have nt provided the courier address neither any tracking details.It seems really fraud site.plz refund my money as soon as possible.I am quite disappointed...
My order no 103995829. I booked a saree on 22/11/16. My order canceled by craftvilla. On 29/11/16. I not gate my round of rs/-499. Till date.21/12/16. Craftvilla use my money without interest. From 22/11/16. If saree was out of stock. Why not remove image from site. This is one kind of scandal for use other's money. I never shopping with. Craftvilla. And i shre my experience with all my friends....
my order id no. 104721029 Order furnished on 13 nov. Till now not received and tracking id. Payment is already done through online payment option. But didn't get any reply. From this site. Only a order confirmation number i received through mail.
Please short it out asap. Need to take quick action. Meanwhile this is the case of customer hrashment. It create a dire situation with me. I m not happy.
