Dear Madam ,

I come to know from news papers that in India, one individual "Shadiya Siddique" has obtained passport with different name "Tanvi Seth" in order to apply US H1 B visa ,
Which was suggested to rejected with her earlier name .

She is also known as "Shadiya Anas" or "Shadiya Anas Siddique".

While I dont know the individual and i dont have any prejudice, however as an Indian citizen, I want to ensure safety and security of your country who is always friendly to India.

This was widely published in Indian news papers. while I can not guarantee the accuracy of these news , hence you may probe through finger prints and photographs.
