PG Accommodation available near Prabhat road for females
Hello,
We have a 4 room-2 bedroom flat in a very safe neighborhood, close to Kamla Nehru Park. Rent is 6000 or 8000 per person for a month. You have to pay 6 months rent in advance, 1 month's deposit and sign a 1-year contract. Electricity is included in the rent.
A total of 9 girls stay here and we provide study tables, chairs, beds and cupboards. We provide a kitchen stove for making tea and coffee (Cooking is not allowed though).
This place is a steal and is a 12 min walk to FC road and lots of restaurants. Let me know if you are interested.
